The Medina County Arts Foundation (MCAF) has been in existence since 1996 when Dr. DeLorre Haddad and his wife, Lily Jean took the initiative to restore the Medina County Administration Building Auditorium, now the Haddad Theatre.
Since inception, MCAF has provided our local region with concerts, theatrical productions, instructional courses, artistic events and other community activities, enabling residents to experience a variety of cultural endeavors. Over the past 10 years alone, MCAF has contributed, through financial support and in-kind services, more than $60,000 to the arts in the Medina community. Your support is key to making this generosity possible.
The mission of the Medina County Arts Foundation is to produce and support quality arts programming for Medina County and NE Ohio in order to enrich the lives of residents in our communities. Our programming will educate, inspire, create, and nurture our participants and audiences.
MCAF embraces diversity and encourages inclusion of all races, social classes, ages, genders, religions, sexual orientations, national origins, and abilities.
The founders and leaders of MCAF believe in the shared values of: Education, Scholarship, Advocacy, Diversity and Leadership. We will strive to achieve these values in each of the projects we undertake and participate in.
